1 hour of Tier1 IT support from our Denver-based team of business help desk specialists. Tier 1 applies to issues involving a single user or computer.


This service can also be used for 30 minutes of Tier2 consulting or assistance, which is defined as time spent working on requests that involve groups of users, or systems that provide group services as with troubleshooting or assessments on servers, domains, firewalls/switches/Wifi network devices, Microsoft Teams admin, etc.)


*Time will be logged in 5 minute increments; any remaining time can be used at a later time.


**If onsite service is required, travel time - as estimated by Google maps from our nearest office or current location (whichever is closer at time of service) - will be deducted from Tier1 time.
