1 hour of IT consulting or Tier 2 business tech support, which is defined as time spent working on requests that involve groups of users or devices as with troubleshooting or assessments for servers, domains, networks, firewalls, Wifi devices, Microsoft 365, etc., as well as group user training.

 

This service can also be used for 2 hours of Tier1 IT support from our Denver-based business help desk specialists for issues involving a single device or user.

 

*Time will be logged in 5 minute increments; any remaining time will continue to roll-over.

 

**If onsite service is required, travel time - as estimated by Google maps from our nearest office or current location (whichever is closer at time of service) - will be deducted from Tier1 time.
